Leader of iPrevail Ministries, Pastor Patrice is an accomplished conference host, motivational speaker, prayer warrior, mentor and preacher. 

Pastor Andrae Hampton, Sr. was installed as the Assistant Pastor of The City of Joy Life Enrichment Center in 2014. He accepted his call to the ministry in 2001 and received his ministerial license from the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World in 2003.  

Pastor DeVonn Nixon Sr was installed as Executive Pastor in 2014.  He oversees over 100 youths here at the City of Joy called Youth Nation.  Youth Nation has three groups Quake Kids (elementary) Impact Teens (High School) City Blazers (College)
