Mayceo Smith II Lead Pastor
Pastor Mayceo Smith II is the Founder and Lead Pastor of the City of Joy Life Enrichment Center that started in 2009 and is one of the fasted growing churches in Northeast Ohio.

City of Joy’s ministry focused scripture is Acts 8:8 “And there was great JOY in that City!” Pastor Mayceo has been preaching and teaching the word of God with power and demonstration for over 20 years.
Earning a Bachelor Degree of Theology from Berean Bible Institute in 2008 and heeding to God's plan over his life Pastor Mayceo has ministered the Gospel in many different groups, denominations and cultures declaring that Jesus still saves.

With his passion for Evangelism, Bishop Mayceo is one of the leaders of the Akron Altar Call, and he currently serves as the Director of Evangelism for the Global United Fellowship under the leadership of His Grace Bishop Neil C Ellis from Nassau Bahamas covering over 1,400 churches across the world.

Pastor Mayceo has been married to Patrice for over 20 years and loves being a father to his son Mayceo III and Maya Capri and his Shih-Poo Minni (the puppy).
Pastor Patrice Smith
Pastor Patrice strives to be an example of a virtuous woman who is yielded to God in every area of her life. The Lord has given her a passion for teaching and prayer which opens up doors for her to aim towards, and produce excellence in all of her ministry opportunities. Pastor Patrice has a heart for God’s people, this burden birthed “I Prevail” ministries. I Prevail is designed to inspire and empower men and women to reach their fullest potential in Christ through retreats, seminars and conferences. I Prevail have extended its reach by implementing a mentoring program. In additional being an accomplished conference host, motivational speaker, prayer warrior, mentor and preacher.

Pastor Andrae Hampton Sr
Pastor Andrae Hampton, Sr. was installed as the Assistant Pastor of The City of Joy Life Enrichment Center in 2014. He accepted his call to the ministry in 2001 and received his ministerial license from the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World in 2003.
​
He is married to his lovely wife, LaToya and has been blessed with 4 wonderful children. His favorite scripture is Matthew 6:33 "But seek ye first the kingdom of God , and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you."
Pastor DeVonn Nixon Sr
Pastor DeVonn Nixon Sr was installed as Executive Youth Pastor in 2014. He oversees over 100 youths here at the City of Joy called Youth Nation. Youth Nation has three groups Quake Kids (elementary) Impact Teens (High School) City Blazers (College).
Pastor DeVonn also is the Director for our 501c3 Unity In The Community. A non-profit that helps youth to make better decisions focusing on education and non-violence. He has a passion for seeing our students be successful and equipped for the future.
Pastor DeVonn is married to his lovely wife Minister Angela Nixon and has 2 children DeVonn Jr and Alexandria.
